The Bachelor of 艺术s in 卫生系统和管理 provides working professionals in health fields an opportunity to complete a meaningful, career-relevant bachelor’s degree that prepares them for 领导 roles 和 career advancement in a high-dem和 field.
Students enrolled in the BA in 卫生系统和管理 program will develop practical skills in data analysis, 沟通, 管理和更多. In keeping with the Holy Cross mission of St. 爱德华的, students will be prepared to approach issues within health care 和 health professions from an equity 和 social justice perspective.
The program builds on core courses such as 卫生专业人员数据分析, 健康传播, 全球公共卫生, 健康 Care 管理 和 医学伦理学 that establish a solid foundation for health services 领导. Students will also gain h和s-on experience by participating in an internship directly related to their studies.
Required elective courses allow students to tailor their degree by choosing from classes in business, 通信, 领导, 社会科学与自然科学, 统计和计算. The interdisciplinary design of this degree equips graduates for management in health care organizations that are continually changing 和 evolving to meet the challenges of health care services in the 21st century.

主要要求: The Bachelor of 艺术s in 卫生系统和管理 requires a total of 36–38 hours of major courses, which include seven core courses 和 five electives.

选修课: Students choose at least 15 hours from select courses in five areas. Courses can be chosen from one or more of these areas:

- Up to the allowable 66 credits of the Associates degree for a health sciences program may transfer into the 卫生系统和管理 program.
- Workforce courses will count for general elective credit.
- C和idates must still complete the entire major 和 general education requirements, even if doing so would put them above the 120 credits required for the degree.
